Yoga In The Park - come join us

Another nice morning for those doing Yoga In The Park with Sandra, Wicker Park in Highland.

The Boys (Paul, Brabant, John) . . .

Friend Don Taylor playing his guitar . . .

I think John was deriving some Yoga Native American Flute in this next photo . . . getting in the motion of the Yogis.

And a little personal instruction to Brabant so he does not hurt later . . .

And for whatever reason, I saw the energy coming from this young lady . . . great job enjoying . . .

And, please take a moment to look at the picture of Don's son taped to his guitar, and remember him, even if it is just from the picture . . . you can click on the photo to enlarge if you want to.

Okay Brabant, I see you, and I am not going to do Yoga any time soon, unless all the single women in the class (whomever they are) are willing to resuscitate me . . . :)

You know what I might be able to do - bring my Native American Flute and learn to play with John! Though, maybe I ought to start with the Native American Drum I made and learn how to keep a beat. What do you think John?

This sort of looks like how I feel when I come home from a long days work, however the big difference is that I am exhausted, and the Yogis are super relaxed . . .

The people who come to Yoga In The Park are who makes this special. Sandra is an excellent facilitator, and her passion for Yoga also attracts her followers. At the end of the day, it is the individual, who makes the decision to come ready to participate and enjoy that makes this such a delight for all.

You can come and enjoy, every Saturday morning 9:00 to 10:00 AM, rain or shine, shelter "1".
