Cool singer. Cool group. I really enjoyed listening to Rebel Soul Revival.
My bride and I were in St. Charles to see Loverboy at the Arcada Theater. We arrived the day before, and scouted around looking for a local original music band to go see. We found The House Pub, just around the corner from the Arcada.
All bands are unique. At least they need to be. Rebel Soul Revival is unique. Matt Keen, who leads the band, has his special way about music. He is entertaining, skilled, not afraid. It is like he is leading you on a journey. Tonight, that journey included the best Joe Cocker covers I have ever heard.
