There is a lot to be thankful for, and there are many challenges that can, may, will stress you out. Most of us have ways to deal with that; doing our favorite things, watching a movie with a friend, go out with no real intent, deep breathing, meditation, or just plain relaxing. Sometimes none of that works, so some people turn to Yoga. A practice using techniques for posture, breathing, for the purpose of harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. A holistic approach for your everyday need. When taken seriously and with purpose, people often reduce stress, increase their bodies response to movement, spirit, and mind that is cleansed for clarity.
So, our gracious host Sandra holds the Yoga class at Wicker Park, "Yoga In The Park", every Saturday starting at 9:00 A.M. rain or shine. All ages shapes and sizes are welcomed, people of all kind are welcomed. Bring a mat for the damp ground (at times) and for comfort. Oh, bring water and stay hydrated!
