Paws In The Park - Munster

These events are fun to attend. Dogs, show more of their personality in front of each other here, and it brings out their human's personality as well. Lots of fun.

This event included a "doggie walk, fashion show, marketplace, raffles, food, drinks, music, and more!" Something for everyone. Except, I did not get there until noon, and missed the walk and fashion show. Still, there were many four legged furry friends around to photograph.

For supporting Humane Indiana's mission, donations for doggie friends are always welcome. "Humane Indiana’s mission to protect pets and preserve wildlife, giving second chances to the animals in our community who otherwise would not have them. Funds raised will benefit Humane Indiana’s animal shelter, including community program initiatives like the pet food pantry (a FREE community resource for pet families in need), veterinary care for pets in need, and the foster care program." This event helped to support that mission. If you can still give, please do so. I you have given, please keep giving. Wildlife depends on us, and they always give back to us (their love) with no strings attached.

I think I know these guys . . .

I love music, and instruments. This particular music shop located in Thornton, IL, has ukuleles and offers lessons. The instruments were cool to look at, and yes, I want lessons. Unfortunate for me I am on fixed income now. I think I need another job!
