Yoga In The Park - Griffith Park

My pal Sandra Tomera yoga-ing out on Mondays at the Griffith Woodland Park off Pine Street, at 6:15 PM! This is not her only gig. She also instructs Saturday mornings at Whicker Park in Highland at 9:00 AM, and recently at the Zen Gardens at 238 Kennedy Avenue in Schererville, Wednesdays at 6:00 PM.

This is her life, being life focused and helping others to do the same. It does not matter what age, sex, size, shape, experienced or not, everyone with an inkling to try or do yoga attends one of her classes (and sometimes more that one class in a week).

The photos are of the first class in Griffith. Come check it out on Mondays at 6:15 PM!!!

Nomad Planets @ Wildrose Brewing Company

Did some music Nomad this evening with the bride at our favorite local brew company, Wildrose Brewing Company located in Griffith.

It has been a while since I have photographed a band, and even more that a while since my buds of Nomad Planets. You cannot beat their variety of original music. I dig all of it. Each song has its individual place in our lives, as in theirs. They just keep surfing finding new planets to hop with new tunes that speaks their journey.

I love these guys, and you should too!
