Four Horseman @ Austin 8/2024

The photos really do not tell you what is going on here. This was truly amazing. The talent. The creativity. The humbleness. The additive individualism to control spirit. All that and more.

This was a cool show. Yes, these guys have gotten together to play before. This time it felt a bit unharnessed. Each musician had something to say / play. Individual expression in a musical group syncing themselves to a common goal . . . to tell it as it is and to entertain.

Obvious to those who know them understand these Four Horseman are special in their own right. I am grateful to know each of them. You should get to know them too!

Thanks to Phil, proprietor of Austin Community Tavern, for supporting local music and brining in talent that we have never heard before. Music is in his blood and he doesn't mind sharing. Come have a beer and listen to some live music at Austin!!!

Tommy's RockTrip @ Austin Community Tavern 8/16/24

You here about the righteous, the self proclaimed, yet you never see. Well tonight I saw and heard, and it was more. Tommy Clufetos on drums was superb. His band Tommy's RockTrip well versed and holding up their end in perfect que, energy, and groove that I enjoy. The lead singer / guitar was wonderful.

Tommy has a cool history of playing with Alice Cooper, Ted Nugent, Rob Zombie, Black Sabbath, L.A. Rats, and more. He's no stranger to Rock. In tonight's show he was the powerhouse of Rock! The best drummer I have seen in a long while.

It was super cool for Austin Community Tavern to host them. A perfect gift to our region of music.

Opening the show was Massasauga out of Michigan City. Siblings of 3, the bass player is age 11 and the drummer is 14. The lead VX / guitar, 19. Here are photos from the evening.
