Monsters of Magic at Ren Faire

It is always nice to go to the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Kenosha. It is fun at times because of all the activity on a themed weekend, or fun just to be there and to take it all in.

This weekend was the Monsters of Magic theme, with focus on Harry Potter. Christi and I were surprised that it was not packed like other times. We found there was another con this weekend so that might be where everyone was.

Christi dressed up in her Ravenclaw outfit. (We both happen to be aligned with Revenclaw.) Me, I just wore my street clothes. It does not matter if you dress up in a character or not. You come to have fun. Everyone is courteous and non-judging.

Here are some photographs of Saturday's event. Finally, I put together a short list . . . lol.

At first you thought they were mannequins, until they moved . . .

Watch out for rabbits!

When I fist saw this leaf with a hole in it, I thought it looked like a lion. Christi looked at me weird.
