Being near mother nature, a neighborhood park, socializing with people of like interests, being able to do what you need for you, can be very powerful to your well being. Me, this offers the chance to photograph, to calibrate my eye just not through lens but also through post edit. It improves me. Improving is what yoga is doing for these people, and for me.
This is for every level of experience, every age, every size, shape, man or women or child. Because of this great mix, this great diversity, it can be a challenge to an individual. If you cannot keep up, do not try to. Do what you can, when you can. Abbreviate the movements / position to your comfort level. Remember, you are the one to challenge yourself. Use the group as inspiration, as motivation. Take breaks if you need to. Stay hydrated. Move out of the sun and into the shade if needed. You are in control.
If you are experienced and you find the time during the session, work on your technique. Be a bit creative. Use these photographs to improve should you find yourself among the group. Change is good.
Everyone is invited to chill, zone, stimulate!
