Yoga In The Park - 6/8/24

It has been a while, a long while. Yoga In The Park is back!

It was very nice on this beautiful cool and overcast morning, to see over 65 people attend this free event in Highland Indiana, at Wicker Memorial Park. (The first Yoga In The Park for this year.) The park itself is a pleasure to walk around. This particular weekly event for the summer just adds to it. A way for you to healthify (made that one up for this context) your mind and body. A place to come without judgement. This can be a time to make new friends, if you so desire. A time to socialize (again, if you so desire) and feel a part of something.

This is an all ages, all sizes, all shapes, all everything event brought to you by the Town of Highland, and instructed by our own, and very friendly, local Highland resident Sandra Tomera who is is very knowledgeable in this field.

Here are some photographs for you to enjoy. Yoga In The Park is held every Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 during the summer. Come join us!!! More information is at the end of this blog.
