Salamander Drake Live

Sh*t sh*t sh*t. Salamander Drake, have you heard of them? Have you seen them? Can you touch them? Do you feel them? Well, all of the above tonight at Austin Community Tavern located in Steger, Illinois.

To put this in a perspective to help you understand, my era of music comes from the 60's and 70's. Hippie, rock, psychedelic, mind losing, and in your face type of music. Salamander played music that I connected with, both in cover and original music. There tonight to witness was our own WXRT's  Scott Rosenberg (X-Rock 103.9), who plays our classic rock from 3pm to 7pm, and more importantly also plays our regions original music, like that of Salamander Drake.

Needless to say I connected with this band and will be watching out for them the next time they are out. Here are some photographs from the evening.
