I enjoy photography because of the positive vibe I feel photographing people, nature, other things around us . . . what is in the air. This is what awakes me to put the camera up to my eye and press the trigger.
Yoga In The Park is one of many places to find that vibe, if it is missing in your life. You do not have to be "in the yoga", just part of it. Being there, is part of it.
For me, I enjoy watching the people do their yoga. Their concentration, their spiritual experience, can rub off on you just watching, listening, becoming one with your environment. I see composition, individual desire, colors, harmony. This is what I attempt to capture in the photographs.
Each time I go back it is different, and renewing. I almost chose not to go today because I felt it would not be different. However, I chose to go. I chose to be different, to make a difference. Here are the photos of this Sunday at Yoga In The Park . . .
All the beautiful people, where do they all come from?
All the beautiful people, where do they all belong?
All the beautiful people, where do they all belong?
Writing the words to this blog that everyone will here;
Everyone comes to read.
Look at me working,
Reviewing and selecting photos for you to enjoy.
Why do I care?
Because of all the beautiful people, they know who they are . . . all of us.
(Okay, I spun The Beatles "All The Lonely People" a little bit. The tune set my stage for today.)
I hope you enjoy all of my blogs. It is nice to read your responses. More is always better. It is my feedback on how to improve. If you want to improve, you should come and enjoy Yoga In The Park, whether you participate in the yoga or not. Come paint, play music, sing, or just sit and be one with the spirit of the event.
Thank you Sandra Tomera for doing this for us, and Thank You Highland for sponsoring this.
